Marta Barron

Marta Barron has been a dedicated realtor since 2008. Marta is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR), and Sunflower Association of Realtors (SAR), and has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Master’s Club award. 

Marta's expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment properties in Topeka and surrounding areas, including Douglas County. Her strong communication skills and personalized approach to client relationships set her apart, as she values face-to-face interactions and goes above and beyond to assist clients. Marta enjoys taking on tasks during transactions that relieve clients' stress and remains a friend long after the deal is closed. She excels in helping first-time homebuyers, believing in the importance of building lasting relationships. 

Prior to establishing her real estate career, Marta owned Rosa’s Mexican Restaurant.  In addition, she performs as a professional vocalist. She and her husband, Ric, are honored inductees of the Kansas Music Hall of Fame. She is also deeply involved in community projects, always ready to volunteer and contribute to local initiatives.

In her personal life, Marta enjoys spending time with her large, blended family, which includes three grown children, three stepchildren, 18 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Marta also loves singing in a trio, tending to her flower gardens, and enjoying the company of her two dogs, Ryker and Gunnar. Her genuine, down-to-earth nature, combined with her passion for helping others, makes her a trusted and beloved realtor in the Topeka area.
