Chance is also the site host for the National Night Out Community event, promoting neighborly connections.

In addition to his community involvement, Chance has been a foster parent for over 12 years, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. He is a proud adoptive parent of three wonderful kids. Outside of work, Chance enjoys live theater and camping, reflecting his love for both cultural experiences and the great outdoors.
