In 2018, 2019, 2020, Sara Fox became Top 1% in Number of Units Sold Internationally for the Real Estate Chain previously represented. She has obtained a countless number of educational designations in the industry over the years.
Sara has been on job sites since she was crawling as she is from four generations of nationally recognized Hogue Home Builders. She is Co-Owner of Double HF Ranch, where her family was selected as Kansas Farm Bureau Family of the Year 2019. Serving on numerous committees, task forces, and forums over the years at the state and local levels including the Kansas Association of Realtors, President of the Northeast Kansas Board and many years with the Topeka Area Association of Realtors Board, including conducting and participating in hearings for Ethics and Professional Standards cases. Right Track Leadership KAR Graduate of 2011, awarded Outstanding Realtor of the Year, and was a Co-Founder of the Leading Edge of the Kansas Association of REALTORS®.
Sara's Community Support has been invested as Booster Club Director, Kansas Farm Bureau Member, Northeast Kansas and Shawnee County YWCA Board, President & Past USD 336 PTO, Small Business Consultant for the Northeast Kansas Enterprise Facilitators, Jackson County Fall Fest Organizer and other Chamber committees, Religious Education Instructor, Volunteer Straight Arrows 4H, Co-founder of the Topeka Jr Scarecrows Youth Hockey program in 1998 and more. Sara is also a Washburn University Alumni Member. In 2018, her family introduced "Say Something", a philanthropy in educational focus on Human Trafficking, Suicide, Depression and Domestic Violence.
In 2011, Sara was offered a position as Director of Marketing and Business Development for a National Real Estate Brand where she managed specifically in the areas of training and coaching real estate agents, as well as providing recruiting, growth, and development. In 2014 she had the opportunity to be back out in the field doing what she loved, and caring for family which required her focus. Providing high quality service and resources to Sara's clients interested in making a future move or investing in real estate was still critical. To assist in that continued care, over the next several years she began to build a small team in Northeast Kansas. Currently her family attend both Solid Christian in Holton and Fellowship Bible in Topeka.
Her family recently expanded to Savannah, Georgia where they belong to the Savannah Chamber of Commerce and Compassion Christian Church. Sara's son Tracer runs the Savannah Team.
